Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 days) - £3.19

EU Delivery (International Standard) - £5.99

How it Works
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of their receipt. However, during rare events such as holidays, this process may take a bit longer. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with details and the tracking number (if selected).
Although we make every effort, please be aware that our delivery times are approximate and may fluctuate based on location, seasonal variations, and other external influences beyond our control. Should you encounter any delivery-related issues, please contact our customer service team, and we will get it sorted.
Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but if you would like to make a return, we accept all products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To issue the refund, the products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Something wrong with your order?
If you receive a damaged, faulty product, please contact our team as soon as possible. Send us an email with your order number and photos of the product on Hello@umapet.co.uk, and we will sort things out for you.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed by us immediately but it may take a few business days for it to appear in your account.
